Rabitech Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 48 working hours.

Shipments will occur on weekdays only, excluding public holidays. Please expect a delay of up to 48 working hours if Rabitech is experiencing an unusually high volume of orders. Rabitech will notify all customers if this is the case.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*R130 shipping only to locations approved to the courier guy, no international shipping will be allowed. If your location is outside of our delivery area, we will contact you to let you know and refund your order accordingly. The Fee is only valid for small packages under 10kg. Should the order be larger we will contact you with an adjusted shipping cost.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Rabitech will send you an email to inform you once your product has been shipped, letting you know when to expect it’s arrival and providing you with any applicable tracking numbers.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Rabitech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Rabitech does not offer international shipping, however customers are welcome to ship their products wherever they please after they have received their purchase.


Rabitech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not directly sell or ship our products internationally. Only orders from within South Africa will be accepted.

Returns Policy

Rabitech will act honestly and fairly in any deal entered into between ourselves and a customer. We offer one free exchange on incorrectly fitting gear, however all additional exchanges are subject to shipping and handling fees. Rabitech will abide by the general terms and conditions as outlined in the South African consumer protection act. We will be fair and reasonable to every customer; we therefore expect the same from our clients.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be paid less the deductions for incurred shipping costs. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before you have contacted us and we have confirmed that you could be eligible for an exchange or refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact with you either by phone or email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount agreed upon will be refunded to your bank account via EFT.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and make arrangements with Rabitech before sending the product to: Unit no2, Bellray Business Park, Ampere St, Stikland, Cape Town, 7530

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over R1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can give more advice on this if needed.
